Error description

  • PRE CONDITIONS:
Have work Order that spread around a week time frame

    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
In Work Order Tracking, create a WO record for a Location. In
Plans tab and Labor subtab, enter a Craft for a number of
    hours.
    Save and approve the WO.
Create a duplicate and set it to past date on Scheduler dates
Create a Duplicate and set it for a current date on the Schedule
    dates
Create a saved query for this WO.
In Graphical Scheduling, create a new Schedule and Calendar =
    DAY.
The Start Date (system date) and End Date (Sysdate + 14 days)
    are populated automatically.
Do Copy Query and reference the saved query for this WO.
    Save the Schedule record.
Click on the Compliance tab and Details sub-tab.
    Enter:
Schedule Compliance Start Date = enter system date

    Duration = 1
    Duration Units = day
Schedule Compliance End Date = is populated automatically with

    system date + 1 day
    Check the Cron Active. box.
    Save the Schedule record.
Schedule Frequency = 1h,,0,,,,,,, - by default it just allows
days but filing this way it will run in an hour base
    save
On the Graphical View tab change some work from the current day
to +2 days - Break out work
On the same Graphical View move work from past to current date -
    Break-in
Wait the 1 hour past and check the Cron for Start and end
    completely

    PROBLEM:
The user results were not clear to point out with the record was
affected and not easy to identify Break IN and Break Out

    EXPECTED RESULT:
We should have a dialog to inform records on Compliance same as
a lookup for Break in and Break out.

PS: improve the unique option for Compliance - Manual only or
    Cron only.
