APAR status

Error description

  • PROBLEM:
    
    when searching in app "Global Search" in "External Knowledge
    Bases", according to documentation and previous ICD version, it
    should open ONE TAB PER SELECTED KB.
    
    PERFORMANCE ISSUE: NO
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    Step 1: Go to Service Desk
    
    Step 2: Click on Global Search Application.
    
    Step 3: Click on search external knowledge base tab.
    
    Step 4: When we select multiple KBs on Global Search and click
    on search, it opens a new TAB for top selected KB with
    LAUNCHENTRY event and stack rest of selected KBs  as
    LAUNCHENTRYDIRECT events.
    
    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
    
    If we select multiple KBs on Global Search it open only single
    tab for the selected KBs on current browser.
    
    EXPECTED RESULT: If we select multiple KBs on Global Search it
    should open multiple tab for the selected KBs on current
    browser.
