IJ43698: MOVING ROTATING ASSET INTO A STOREROOM THE INVENTORY CURRENT BALANCE IS NOT UPDATING

Error description

• Problem
  When you move a rotating asset from an operating location into a
  storeroom Via Move/Modify Assets the current balance Maximo does
  not update the current balance in inventory
  
  
  Steps To Reproduce
  
  Go to Item Master application
  Create a new rotating item
  Populate the order and issue unit fields = Each
  Add Item to Storeroom = Central
  Populate Unit Cost field
  Save the Record
  Change status to Active and check the Roll New Status to
  Organizations and Inventory? field
  
  Go to Assets application
  Create a new asset
  Populate the Location field = BR200
  Populate the Rotating Item field with item created above
  Change status to Operating
  From Common Actions > Move/Modify Assets > Populate To Location
  = Central
  Click OK
  Asset is now moved to central storeroom
  
  Go to Inventory application
  Filter for your rotating item
  
  Results
  The current balance did not update even though the asset is
  moved into the central storeroom
  
  Expected Results
  The current balance should have increased when the asset was
  moved into the storeroom
