APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Graphical Assignment - attempting to assign labor to an
  assignment gives an error if the property mxe.skd.syncwodates is
  set to 1.
  
  PREREQUISITE SETUP:
  a) Set System Property mxe.skd.syncwodates to 1 (default is 0).
  b) Create a work order with the following details:
  - Approved WO.
  - Target Start for Monday next week 12:00 AM eg. 19/09/22
  12:00AM.
  - Scheduled Start the same as above.
  - Duration of 12 minutes.
  - Schedule Finish as Target Start + 12 Minutes (Example:
  19/09/22 12:12 AM).
  - Finish no Later Than for 7 days after it (Example: 26/09/22
  12:00AM).
  - Have an unassigned assignment with 12 minutes duration and a
  craft, eg. ELECT.
  c) Configure a work list in Graphical Assignment with the
  following details:
  - Calendar that would cover the labor being used.
  - Duration in Days: 7.
  - Start Date as one day before the Scheduled Start from the Work
  Order.
  - End Date 7 days after Start Date.
  - A work query that would pick the WO from (b).
  - A restrict resource availability query that would pick a few
  labor records that would have the craft used in the WO.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1) Open Graphical Assignment.
  2) Select the Work List created above.
  3) Go to Assignment View.
  4) Right click on the assignment.
  5) Choose Available Labor.
  6) Choose one labor from the list.
  
  RESULTS:
  BMXAA4589E The start date must be before the finish date.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  The labor should be selected and dialog closed.
