Error description
The null value from ASSET.PRIORITY is converted to a 0 value in Gantt View in Graphical Work Week - If the Asset Priority (ASSET.PRIORITY) value is non-null (eg: 1, 2 or 3), then it displays correctly in the Graphical View tab in Graphical Scheduling and also in Graphical Work Week. - If the Asset Priority (ASSET.PRIORITY) value is null ie. a blank value, then the field/column is empty in the Graphical View tab in Graphical Assignment (correct behaviour). - If the Asset Priority (ASSET.PRIORITY) value is null ie. a blank value, then the field/column is displayed as a '0' value in the Graphical View tab in Graphical Work Week (incorrect behaviour), whereas it should be empty. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: - Go to Graphical Scheduling. - Select any record and go to the Graphical View tab. - Select option Configure Gantt View Properties / Default Settings - On the Work Properties tab, click New Row in the System Properties section. - Give it a Property Name and Title (eg ASSETPRIORITY_GS, Asset Priority GS and check the Show in Gantt View? checkbox. - Click New Row in the Object and Attribute Mapping section: the Property Name is populated from what was specified in the System Properties section above. - Enter the Object Name (eg WORKORDER) and then click on Select Value. - Select the ASSET.PRIORITY attribute and click Apply and OK. - Select option Reload Schedule. - Go to the Graphical View tab. - A column (Asset Priority GS) is now showing for this attribute and the blank values are correctly displayed as blank in this column. - Go to Graphical Work Week. - Select any record and go to the Graphical View tab. - Select option Configure Gantt View Properties / Default Settings - Go to the WORK Properties tab and click New Row in the System Properties section. - Give it a different Property Name and Title (eg ASSETPRIORITY_GWW, Asset Priority GWW and check the Show in Gantt View? checkbox. - Click New Row in the Object and Attribute Mapping section: the Property Name is populated from what was specified in the System Properties section above. - Enter the Object Name (WMASSIGNMENT) and then click on Select Value. - Select the ASSET.PRIORITY attribute and click Apply and OK. - Reload the Graphical Work Week application and open any record. - Go to the Graphical View tab. - A column (Asset Priority GWW) is now showing for this attribute. - This time, the records blank value is displayed as a 0 in this column. RESULTS: If the Asset Priority (ASSET.PRIORITY) value is null ie. a blank value, then the field/column is displayed as a '0' value in the Graphical View tab in Graphical Work Week, whereas it should be empty. EXPECTED RESULTS: If the Asset Priority (ASSET.PRIORITY) value is null ie. a blank value, then the field/column is displayed as a null/blank value in the Graphical View tab in Graphical Work Week, like in Graphical Scheduling.
