APAR status

Error description

  • In Graphical Scheduling, when using Alt + Left mouse click, on a
    Graphical View work block, an error is displayed:
    Error "BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred. Please
    contact your system administrator for assistance. Gather
    the logs from the <HOME> directory and determine where and why
    the error occurred. null"
    
    STEPS TO REPLICATE:
    1. Go to Graphical Scheduling application
    2. Create a work list:
    Set Name: WOTEST
    Set Calendar/Shift: DAY/DAY
    In Work Queries,
    Set Data Source: WORKORDER
    Set Where Condition: WONUM LIKE 'WO%'
    Save
    3. Click Graphical View
    4. In any work bar, perform Alt + Left mouse click
    
    RESULTS:
    Error "BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred. Please
