Error description
When generating a Work Order from PM, if the PM has a Job Plan which contains Tasks which inherit status from header and some of the Tasks have labour plans where Quantity is greater than 1, and the WOSTATUS is synonym of APPR, the system generates the WO but fails to change the status of tasks correctly, gives the error message such as: BMXAA3208I - PM XXXX created work order WO-XXXX. BMXAA4590E - Could not change ACTIVITY TA-XXX status to APPR. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Open the Job Plans application a click to create a new Job Plan: a. Job Plan: TESTJP, Test Job Plan b. Job Plan Tasks: click on New row and add tasks 10 and 20 c. In the subtab Labor click on New Row and add: i. Task 10, Craft ELECT, Skill Level FIRSTCLAS, Quantity 1 ii. Task 20, Craft ELECT, Skill Level FIRSTCLAS, Quantity 2 d. Save and activate the Job Plan 2. Open the Preventive Maintenance application and click to create a new PM: a. PM: Test PM b. Location: select a location c. Job Plan: TESTJP d. Work Order Status: APPR e. Child Work Orders and Tasks Will Inherit Status Changes? Checked f. Save then change status to Active 3. Use option Generate work, uncheck the flag Use Frequency Criteria 4. The system gives the following message: BMXAA3208I - PM DEF2067 created work order WO-XXXX. BMXAA4590E - Could not change ACTIVITY TA-XXX status to APPR. system#invalidfetch 5. Open the Work Order Tracking application - the newly generated work order has the correct status on the header, and on tasks where all labour plans have quantity equal to 1, but the tasks which have a task reference and quantity greater than 1 are still WAPPR RESULT: The tasks which have a task reference and quantity greater than 1 are still WAPPR EXPECTED RESULT: The tasks which have a task reference and quantity greater than 1 should have the APPR status REPORTED IN VERSION: Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
