Error description
In Maximo 7.6.1.2 with Interim Fix 022, 023, or 024 installed, all Maximo-generated logs in a WebSphere Node hosting a WebSphere clustered environment are deleted when restarting one member of the cluster. Restarting non-cluster members does not cause this behavior.
