• ISSUE: ORA-01722 Error Occurs when InspectionResult Records
  Exist With Non-Numeric Value In ReferenceObjectID
  
  DESCRIPTION:
  
  When a MultiAssetLocCI record with the InspFormNum populated is
  saved and an InspectionResult records exists with a non-numeric
  value in the ReferenceObjectID column, an error occurs saying:
  BMXAA6713E - The MBO fetch operation failed in the mboset with
  the SQL error code 1722. The record could not be retrieved from
  the database. See the log file for more details about the error.
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1) Go to Work Order Tracking.
  2) Create a new WO.
  3) Click the "Plans" tab, add a Task, and enter "1001" in the
  "Inspection Form" field.
  4) Click SAVE. The "Inspection Result" field on the Task should
  get populated.
  5) Back on the main "Work Order" tab, add a row to the "Multiple
  Assets, Locations, and CIs" table, and enter "1001" in the
  "Inspection Form" field.
  6) Click SAVE. ORA-01722 Error Occurs
  
  RESULTS:
  ORA-01722 Error Occurs when InspectionResult Records Exist With
  Non-Numeric Value In ReferenceObjectID
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  No Error generated on save
