Error description
When opening a record in "Graphical Resource View", the calendar view is not auto populated if logged user's time zone is set to any time zone on the positive side of UTC (including UTC+0). Different situations identified: 1. If time zone is not set (is empty) on user's settings then the calendar is displayed properly 2. If time zone is set to a negative UTC value (e.g: UTC-5) then calendar is displayed properly 3. If time zone is set to a positive UTC value (e.g: UTC+5) then calendar is not displayed properly. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Set user's default time zone to empty 2. Go to Graphical Resource View and open and record Intermediate result: Calendar will be populated accordingly 5. Set user's default time zone to Europe/Amsterdam 6. Go to Graphical Resource View and open an record RESULT: Part of the calendar is greyed out REPORTED IN VERSION: Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
