• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  
  Inspection Form Designer does not display full list of Document
  Folders
  
  SETUP:
  Run insert into statement to insert around 200 DOCTYPES via a
  SQL tool.
  
  For example:
  INSERT INTO "MAXIMO"."DOCTYPES" (DOCTYPE, DESCRIPTION,
  DOCTYPESID) VALUES ('DOCTYPE24', 'DOCTYPEXX',99);
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1 Go to Manage Inspections Forms application.  A new browser
  tab opens and takes the user to Manage Inspection Forms Work
  Center
  2 Click 'Create Form' button
  3 Add a name
  4 Click 'Add question' button
  5 Select Media and select 'File Upload' button
  6 Click 'Select document folder' drop-down
  
  ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
  
  Only 50 of the document folders are displayed in the dropdown
  
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
  
  "Select document folder" dropdown should display all the
  document types
