Error description

  • It is difficult to modify large workflow process due to its
    size when attempting to add
and placee the new nodes to the workflow map.
When you grab a node to add to a section of the workflow map
that is not currently on screen, you need to drag the node to
the bottom of the screen and/or left depending the direction you
need to go on the map, notice at the extreme most point of the
map in the browser, it does not move, you have to drop the node
and manually scroll, scroll down and/or left as needed, to move
the node, then repeat the drag and release of the node on the
page. Each time this is done
the mouse focus reverts to the top
of the page and you now have to scroll again to locate the node
before you can select it and move the node again. Once the node
    is moved
the same process has to be repeated all over [as necessary].

    Steps to replicate:

    Log into Maximo as WILSON
Go to the Workflow Designer application and find an existing
workflow map that has the map extend beyond the current viewing
    area of the browser
    Duplicate the process
On the duplicated process, grab a node, any node, and drag to
the extreme most right and/or down direction of the current
    viewable canvas.

Trying to move beyond the viewable area to parts of the
map that are not currently visible does not cause the screen to
    scroll either left or down.
You are required to drop the node at that point.
Now scroll to the right-most or down-most point of the screen,
keeping the node you just dropped in view.
After you stop scrollingmanually, grab the node and move it to
    the right-most or down-most position
of the current viewing area and then drop the node at the most
extreme point of the visible area

RESULTS: The screens browser resets from the current position to
the top and left-most position of the map. The user has to
scroll to find the last position where they dropped the node

EXPECTED RESULTS: The screen should remain at the point where
the node was last dropped to make it simple for the user to find
the node and drag it to its final placement position
    .
