Error description

• ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  Unopened Bulletin Board showing code when adding font color
  
  PROBLEM:
  After upgrading Maximo from 7.6.0 to 7.6.1.2, Bulletin Board
  shows css or html code when unopened if font color is applied to
  the BB subject field. When the bulletin board message is opened,
  there is no issue.
  
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE:

  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Go to Bulletin Board application;
  2. Create a new message;
  3. Type a expiration date, a message and in subject, type: <font
  color="#dc143c"><b>RESTRICTED</font>;
  4. Save message;
  5. Go to Star Center and see the message in Bulletin Board
  portlet.
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  It shows an error mentioning content collapsed. When you click
  to open, the issue disappears.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Message shown without errors and with the font color indicated.
