IJ42204: BIMAA0007E ERROR APPEARS IN 'INSPECT ASSET DETAILS' DIALOG IN LOCATIONS APPLICATION

Error description

• STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  -  Go to Locations or Locations(Tr) application.
  - Select any record.
  - Click on the 'Inspect Asset Details' option.
  - On the 'Inspect Asset Details' dialog, check the box for one
  of the Assets listed and click on 'Display Selected'.
  - You get a pop-up message: "BIMAA0007E - Internal Error".
  
  CURRENT RESULT:
  A "BIMAA0007E - Internal Error" appears.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  The Update Asset Details option should only be visible when
  the Maximo BIM Extensions Autodesk Forge viewer plug-in has been
  installed in Maximo 7.6.1.x.
