  Grid scale of Linear Asset is to large
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1.Go to Asset Application and create a new Asset "XX" Set it as
  a linear asset.
  
  2.Entered start and end measures to make it 10 meters long
  (1186.62 km and 1186.63 km).
  3.Ensure the start and end measure attributes have been
  configured to be 3 decimals.
  
  4.Scroll to down Linear Referencing Details.
  5.LRM: KILOMETERPOINT
  6.Start Measure: 1,186.62 km
  7.End Measure: 1186.63 km
  8.Go to the Specifications tab Features Relationships, Work and
  specifications of a linear asset.
  9.To see the asset in the grid  slide to the left by clicking.
  You will see the visual presentation of the asset as two orange
  lines. These are at the very left end of the whole scale.
  10. If one select zoom to hundredth
  11.Change the LRM to use METERPOINT instead and alter the start
  and end measures to be in meters instead.
  12. This will now display a  orange start and end line within
  the whole scale.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  The scale should for LRM KM+M behave as it does for METERPOINT
  and present the actual length of the asset.
