IJ41738: NO WILDCARD CAPABILITY ON LABOR CODE WITH IN AVAILABLE LABOR

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When you put partial data into the the filter tab, then it will
  not find the record. Example - DAVE.CHO works in labor but if
  you use DAVE, CHO or Dave it will not show. The search has to be
  the exact match.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Open the Work Order Tracking application
  2. Select a Work Order with a task and planned labor (1001)
  3. Move to the Assignment tab
  4. Under the Assignment section select the 'Available Labor'
  button
  5. In the Available labor window, enter BA% in the LABORCODE
  field.
  
  Results:
  No matching records will be displayed.
  
  Expected Results:
  The Labor Barry should be filtered from the list
