• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  
  Misleading system message during Reschedule/Unassign
  Assignments
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1) Create a new work order in Work Order Tracking application
  e.g. 1217
  Target Start: 08/08/2022 09:28
  Scheduled Start: 09/08/2022 09:28
  Scheduled Finish: 10/08/2022 09:28
  2) Go to Assignments tab and add a new row
  Assign a craft e.g. ELECT
  Hours = 3:00
  Do not assign a labor
  Save the record
  3) Go to the list tab and search for the same work order  1217
  Click Select Records checkbox and select work order
  Click Reschedule/Unassign Assignments action
  Put a date after Finish no later Than date e.g. 15/08/2022 16:33
  
  Click OK
  
  ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:  Scheduled Start date moved without any warning
  message
  
  
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOR: Warning message shows up "BMXAA0159W - The
  new date will result in scheduled dates being later than the
  finish constraint date. Click OK to apply the date changes.
  Click Close to cancel the changes." number and labor code
