Error description

  • Application Designer  does not display the UI for the CREATESR
    Application.
    The Create SR application can be accessed and works just fine,
    and the app.xml can be
     exported from Application Designer  with the correct fields
    being displayed in the XML.
    
    ACTION TAKEN:
    Steps reproduced and issue was replicated.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE
    1) Open App Designer
    2) Search for CREATESR
    
    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
    CreateSR UI is missing from the Application Designer
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    Funcionalities of CreateSR be shown.
