IJ40900: SAVE BUTTON IN WORK CENTERS STOREROOM COUNTS IS NOT ACTIVE IF USER ENTERS 0 AS INITIAL VALUE WHEN ENTERED ON KEYBOARD

Error description

• DESCRIPTION:
  If the User enters 0 with the keyboard in the New Count field in
  Manage Inventory Counts as the intial update, the Save button
  will not become active. If the User enters a value greater than
  0 with the keyboard as the initial update, the Save button will
  become active and allow the row to be saved. If the User then
  immediatly enters 0 for the same item with the keyboard, the
  Save button will become active and allow the row to be saved.
  
  If the minus sign is used initially, then the issue does not
  occur.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Log in to maxdemo instance
  2. Open Work Centers Storeroom
  (...maximo-x/#/inventory/storeroom)
  3. Click the Central Storeroom tile
  4. Click the Counts link
  5. Observe that the Save button is not active
  6. On any item, enter 0 in the New Count field with the keyboard
  and tab out
  RESULT: The Save button is not active and the row cannot be
  saved
  7. In the same row, enter 5 in the New Count field with the
  keyboard and tab out
  RESULT: The Save button becomes active
  8. In the same row, enter 0 in the New Count field with the
  keyboard and tab out
  
  RESULT:
  The Save button remains active; if the initial update to a row
  in the Counts screen is updated to 0 with the keyboard, the Save
  button is not active.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  The Save button should be active when 0 is entered with the
  keyboard as the initial update

• Use the minus button on the New Count field instead of entering
  value with keyboard
