IJ40816: RECALCULATION OF DYNAMIC JOB PLAN INFORMATION ON WORK ORDERS IS TRIGGERED FOR BASIC CHANGES

Error description

• DESCRIPTION:
  
  When changing a description of a Work Order containing a
  Dynamic Job Plan, the recalculation is triggered and user is
  presented with this message:
  BMXZZ71101I calculation performed successfully is displayed.
  The calculation should not be triggered for basic changes like
  saving the record after modifying the description.
  
  The problem (second and further calculations triggered) is
  happening on Work Orders containing an Asset.
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Prerequisite: Activate the Dynamic Job Plans feature in Maximo
  
  
  1. Go to Job Plans
  2. Create a Dynamic Job Plan TEST123
  - tick is Dynamic
  - choose calculation STATIC and Work Unit 1
  3. Go to Work Order Tracking
  
  4. Create a Work Order TEST3
  5. Add Job Plan TEST123
  6. Save
  
  INTERMEDIATE RESULTS:
  BMXZZ71101I calculation performed successfully is displayed
  
  The Asset field will be filled with a value
  
  7. Enter or change something in the Description field
  8. Save
  
  RESULT: BMXZZ71101I calculation performed successfully is
  displayed again
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: The calculation should not be performed for
  minors changes in the Work order

  Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
