  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  1. Go to Work Order Tracking application
  Create a workorder: TW01
  Set Schedule Start: 14-06-2022 8:00 AM
  Set Duration: 1
  Go to Plans/Labors Tab
  Add 4 Craft
  - CONSTR: Qty 1, 1 hr
  - ELECT: Qty 1, 1hr
  - INSPECT: Qty 1, 1hr
  - MECH: Qty 1, 1hr
  Save
  2. Go to Graphical Scheduling application
  Create a schedule: STW01
  Set calendar/shift: DAY/DAY
  Set Work Queries
  - Set Data Source: WORKORDER
  - Set Where Condition: wonum = 'TW01'
  Save
  3. Click Compliance Tab
  Set  Schedule Compliance Start: 13-06-2022
  Set  Schedule Compliance End: 20-06-2022
  Click Start Compliance
  
  RESULTS: Plan Hours is shown as 2 in Schedule Compliance Factor
  table
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: Plan Hours should be 4
