Error description
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If I report failure on a work order, then report failure again on another work order, it seemed to cache the failure class from the previous work order. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1) Go to Work Order Tracking application. Enter failure class and problem code for a few work orders e.g. 1231, 1225 2) Go to a poor connectivity area and go to Work Execution work center 3) Search for work order 1231 4) Click Report Work 5) Go to Failure tab 6) Enter a cause e.g. dirty 7) Enter a remedy e.g. clean 8) Click ?Complete work? button 9) Click the back button 10) Search for another work order e.g. 1225 11) Click Report Work 12) Go to Failure tab ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR: Cause and remedy for work order 1225 are populated with dirty and clean from work order 1231 EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR: Cause and remedy should not be populated from a previous work order REPORTED IN VERSION: Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.2 Maximo Asset Management Work Centers 7.6.0.4
