APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • In the Manage Inventory work center assets previously issued on
    work orders and returned are not available anymore for Pick,
    Stage, Issue
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1.	Open the Inventory application and search for a rotating
    asset with balance and open the details
    a.	: e.g., VISIO, Current Balance: 20, Quantity Available: 20
    b.	Click on tab Rotating Assets and take a note of the existing
    assets
    2.	Open the Work Order Tracking application and create a work
    order:
    a.	Select an asset
    b.	Click on tab Plans and in sub-tab Materials click on new row
    and add a quantity of 3 for item VISIO
    c.	Save
    d.	Approve the work order
    3.	Open the Manage Inventory work center ? the reservation is
    available. If the item is available in a different storeroom
    than the default one click on top right area of the screen to
    change the storeroom
    4.	Select the reservation and click on Create picks
    5.	Ester a description for the pick and then click on Pick List
    
    6.	Select the pick and click on Pick Selected
    7.	Click on + button to open the list of available assets ? the
    list shows 20 assets. Observation: 3 assets are automatically
    selected and showed before clicking on + button. Even thou the
    list shows 20 assets, after selecting 3 assets (one already
    selected automatically), the list of selected assets shows 5
    (the 3 initially selected plus the 2 new ones)
    
    8.	Click on Pick
    9.	Select the record and click on Stage Selected then click on
    Stage
    10.	 Select the record click on Issue Selected then click on
    Issue ? 5 rotating assets are now issued
    11.	Click on Return and return the 5 assets to the storeroom
    12.	Open the Inventory application and the details for item
    VISIO
    13.	Click on View Inventory Transactions ? in the Receipts &
    Transfers and Issues & Returns all transactions performed are
    visible
    14.	Open the Work Order Tracking application and create a work
    order:
    a.	Select an asset
    b.	Click on tab Plans and in sub-tab Materials click on new row
    and add a quantity of 1 for item VISIO
    c.	Save
    d.	Approve the work order
    15.	Open the Manage Inventory work center ? the reservation is
    available. If the item is available in a different storeroom
    than the default one click on top right area of the screen to
    change the storeroom
    16.	Select the reservation and click on Create picks
    17.	Ester a description for the pick and then click on Pick List
    
    
    18.	Select the pick and click on Pick Selected
    19.	Click on + button to open the list of available assets ? the
    list shows now only 15 assets. Observation: 1 asset (from the
    previous 5 issued) is still automatically selected and showed
    before clicking on + button, but the list shows now only 15
    assets
    
    20.	Click on Skip this pick then attempt to do the Stage
    21.	Click on + button ? again only 15 assets are displayed, the
    5 previously issued are not displayed
    22.	Click on Skip this stage then attempt to do the Issue
    23.	Click on + button ? again only 15 assets are displayed, the
    5 previously issued are not displayed
    RESULT:
    The assets previously issued on work orders and returned are not
    available anymore for Pick, Stage, Issue
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    The assets previously issued on work orders and returned should
    be available for Pick, Stage, Issue
