IJ40704: DIRECT PARENT WO IS NOT SET FOR MULTIASSETLOCCI RECORD

Error description

• Steps to Reproduce:
  In the properties application set
  mxe.app.workorder.InspectionBatchRecord = true
  Go to Work Order Tracking application
  Create a Work Order
  Include a Parent WO for the record
  Add a new row in the Multiple Assets, Locations and CIs session,
  adding an Inspection Form to it
  In the  Plans tab, Tasks session, add a  new row
  Create a Task, including the Inspection Form
  Save the Work Order
  An Inspection Result is created for the Task
  In the database, verify the record created for this
  InspectionResult
  Issue: the PARENT information for the MULTIASSETLOCCI record is
  different than the one created for the WOACTIVITY
  Expected  behavior: the PARENT information for the
  InspectionResult for MULTIASSETLOCCI and for WOACTIVITY should
  have the  same record (the direct parent  WO).
