APAR status

Error description

  • PROBLEM:
    If you remove the skill level from a labor entry in the work
    order then reschedule the date of the work, it does not work as
    expected.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1) Create a new Work Order in Work Order Tracking. Set the
    schedule start and schedule finish to a date in the past.
    2) Assign a labor that has a skill level, eg. BALDWIN (skill
    level = FIRST CLASS).
    3) Delete the skill level from the entry.
    4) Save the Work Order.
    5) List tab > search for this Work Order.
    6) Click the Select Records check box and pick the Work Order.
    7) More Actions > Reschedule/Unassign Assignments.
    8) Reschedule for a date in the future > OK.
    
    RESULTS:
    You get a positive message indicating the record was
    rescheduled. When you open the Work Order, the scheduled date
    has not changed and the labor is removed.
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    The scheduled date should change and the labor should be present
    without the Skill Level.
    
    ACTIONS TAKEN:
    L2 can recreate this on 7611. We also tested on 7612 and, in
    addition to the labor being removed, the scheduled dates are
    also removed (at 7612).
