IJ40636: MATERIAL ISSUES FROM STOREROOMS IN SITES DIFFERENT THAN THE WORK ORDER SITE ARE NOT DISPLAYED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Material Issues from Storerooms in Sites different than the Work
  Order Site are not displayed in Actuals/Materials unless there
  is at least one Material Issue from the Work Order Site against
  the same Task of the Work Order.
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1.	Open the Item Master application and click to create a new
  item:
  a.	TESTITEM, Description Test Item
  b.	Save
  c.	Click on Add Items to Storeroom and add it to storerooms
  CENTRAL, site BEDFORD and HARDWARE, site MCLEAN, each time
  specify Current Balance along with Issue and Order Unit
  d.	Click on Change Status and select New Status: Active, check
  the  Roll New Status to Organizations and Inventory checkbox,
  then click OK.
  2.	Open the Work Order Tracking application and click to create
  a new work order:
  a.	Enter a work order description
  b.	Select an asset
  c.	In the Pans tab and some Tasks 10, 20 and 30.
  d.	Save and approve the work order
  3.	In the Actuals tab, Materials sub-tab, add a row and enter
  Task 10, item TESTITEM, Storeroom HARDWARE in Site MCLEAN (not
  the Work Order Site!)
  
  4.	Save the record. After saving, the Issue transaction is NOT
  displayed.
  
  5.	Next, add another material issue, enter Task 10, the same
  item, Storeroom CENTRAL in BEDFORD (same as the Work Order Site)
  
  
  6.	Save the record. The list now shows both lines.
  RESULT:
  Material Issues from Storerooms in Sites different than the Work
  Order Site are not displayed
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Material Issues from Storerooms in Sites different than the Work
  Order Site should be displayed
