IJ40521: IN GRAPHICAL SCHEDULING, THE AVAILABLE HOURS ARE INCORECT WHEN A PERSON HAS A LABOR RECORD IN MULTIPLE ORGANIZATIONS

APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • DESCRIPTION:
    
    The available hours presented in Graphical Scheduling are not
    presented correctly. This is happening when a person have a
    labor record in more than one organization.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1.Login with MAXADMIN, set default site = CHILEHDQ
    2.Go to Labor and create labor LAB1 for person LAB1
    3.Set default craft ELECT
    4.In the profile, set default site = BEDFORD
    5.Go to Labor and create labor LAB1 for person LAB1
    Calendar DAY, Shift DAY.
    6.Set default craft MECH
    7.Go to Work Order Tracking and create a work order 1318 for
    asset 11430.
    Duration = 2 hrs.
    Add Planned Labor, MECH 2 hrs.
    8.Approve work order.
    9.Go to Graphical Scheduling and create a new schedule 1318.
    Organization: EAGLENA
    Calendar: DAY
    Shift: DAY
    Work Query: (wonum = '1318' and siteid = 'BEDFORD')
    Labor query: (laborcode = 'LAB1')
    10.Save schedule.
    
    11.Go to tab Graphical View
    Note that the available hours for tomorrow is 8 hours.
    12.Go to People and select LAB1
    13.Select action Modify person availability
    14.Select tomorrow and click on Modify.
    15.Add Meeting between 7 AM and 9 AM for 2hrs.
    16.Click OK.
    17.Go to Graphical Scheduling and select the schedule
    18.Refresh the schedule.
    19.Go to tab Graphical View
    
    RESULT:
    
    The available hours for tomorrow is 4 hours.
    
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    The available hours should be 6 hours.
    
    REPORTED IN VERSION:
    Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
