Error description
PROBLEM: Lookup gets freezed It is to enable user to search and select the record from lookup on to the dialog box which in itself is also a lookup. When implemented this requirement, noticed this issue which appears to be a product issue. Hence ,to simulate the requirement we have in the project, customer added a lookup inside lookup in OOTB WO app where same issue can be seen. PERFORMANCE ISSUE: No STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1- Go to Application Design, filter by WorkOrder; 2- Export the WorkOrder tracking xml; 3- On xml, filter by more search field; 4- Add this line: ?<textbox dataattribute="PLUSGITEM.ITEMNUM" id="qbe_s1_sr1_sc2_s2_tb7 12345" inputmode="query" lookup="item"/> 5- Save the xml and import it; 6- Export the lookups.xml; 7- Filter by id="item"; 8- Add lookup="toolitem"; 9- Save and import the lookups.xml 10- Go to Work Order application 11- Go to Advanced Search; 12- Click on Item, Datail menu (>) them Select Value; 13- Click on lookup that was added by the xml; 14- Choose any value; 15- Click on Ok or Cancel Note that is unable to leave this lookup CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: unable to close the lookup EXPECTED RESULT: Be able to close the lookup ENVIRONMENT (SYSTEM INFO): Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.0-IFIX20190404-1532 Build 20180718-1141 DB Build V7610-83 HFDB Build HF7610-02
