    STEPS TO REPRODUCE
    1. Login to Maximo as maxadmin (Language: English)
    2. Go to Organizations --> Eaglena
    3. More Actions --> Inventory Options --> Inventory Default
    Automatically create usage documents for new reservations? -
    Checked
    4. Go to User Profile on top right --> Default Information -->
    Change language to Spanish
    5. Log out and log back in maxadmin
    6. Go to Seguimiento de órdenes de trabajo
    --> Create new Work Order (137721)
    7. Go to Planes tab --> Materiales sub-tab and add an item
    8. Save and approve the work order (Aprobada)
    9. Go to Consumo de Inventario application (Inventory Usage)
    10. Filter for the record created by Work Order 137721
    
    RESULT:
    The description of the inventory usage record is in English:

    Created for WO - 137721.
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    The description of the inventory usage record should be in the
    secondary language; in this case in Spanish
