  • Unable to get tooltip displayed in Graphical Assignment
application.

Step to reproduce:
- Open Graphical Assignment application
- Open a schedule
- Go to tab "Assignment View"
- hold alt key on the keyboard, and click on an activity

The error happen: BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred.
Please contact your system administrator for assistance. Gather
the logs from the <HOME> directory and determine where and why
the error occurred.
