  Wrong window opened when selecting craft in the Crews
  application\
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Login to Maximo as maxadmin
  
  2. Go to Crews application and open en existing record (CREWTEST
  in this example)
  
  3. Go to Labor Assignments
  
  4. Scroll down to Assigned Labor section --> New Row
  
  5. Crafts field --> Select Value
  
  RESULT:
  Select Value dialog to select LABOR opens up.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Select Value dialog to select CRAFT should open up.
