Error description

• When focus is set on an unselected tab using left and right
  arrow keys, the contrast between the text and the background is
  insufficient.
  
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  Go to any application (e.g. Work Order Tracking, Job Plans,
  Assets, etc.)
  Open a record
  Use the keyboard to tab to the main tab bar
  Use the left and right arrows to shift focus
  Contrast between the text and background does not meet
  standards(Currently: #5AAAFA on the text and #325C80 on the
  background. This is a contrast ratio of 2.88)
  
  Results:
  Contrast between the text and background does not meet standards
  
  
  Expected Results:
  Contrast should meet standards
