Error description

  • Description:
When a qualification does not have Certificate Required (0) and
is associated with a labor that is assigned to a crew, then if
the qualification is a requirement of the crew, you get
"BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your
system administrator for assistance. Gather the logs from the
<HOME> directory and determine where and why the error
occurred." in the Crew Assignment Status dialog when changing
the date in the dialog header.

    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Go to Crews application and use RFACAB1 but add to it a new
qualification FIRSTAID, quantity 1, which does not require a
certificate. You will need to create this new qualification.

    2. Add the qualification to labor RFASIMER which is assigned to
the crew and make sure the labor qualification is ACTIVE.

    RESULT:
    3. Now go to the Crews application, and RFACAB1 crew and open
the Crew Assignment Status dialog, it opens OK, but when you
change the date in the header you receive the error message:
    ---
BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your
system administrator for assistance. Gather the logs from the
<HOME> directory and determine where and why the error occurred
    ---

    EXPECTED RESULT:
The test for the assigned labor having the required
qualification and for it to be ACTIVE and qualified between
effective and expiration date is only associated with a
    qualification that requires a certification.
If there is no certification requirement, (there is no effective
date or expiration date) then the test should just be on whether
the labor qualification is in ACTIVE state.
