IJ39632: IN MANAGE INSPECTION FORMS, THE 'REVISED BY' SHOWS THE INCORRECT USERS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• DESCRIPTION: When different users revise an inspection form, the
  previous revision's 'Revised by' gets overwritten. The user
  which created the latest revision gets added as the user who
  revised the previous one as well.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Login to Maximo
  2. Go to Administration | Administration
  
  3. Click on Manage Inspection Form
  4. Select an Inspection Form
  5. Click on the Create revision button
  6. Add a reason for the revision
  7. Notice the user in the 'Revised by field'
  8. Make the new revision active
  9. Sign out of Maximo
  10. Sign back into Maximo as a different user
  11. Go back to Manage Inspection Form application
  12. Select the same Inspection Form
  13. Click on the Create revision button again
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS
  The previous revision should have the previous user in the
  'Revised by' field
  
  ACTUAL RESULTS
  The user who performed the previous revision is no longer listed
  in the 'Revised by' field of the previous revision
  
  FOUND IN VERSION
  IBM Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.2
