Error description

• ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  Dialog cannot be closed by pressing the Escape key
  
  PROBLEM:
  
  One common keyboard interaction with dialog is to press the
  Escape key to close the dialog. Currently, all dialogs cannot be
  closed by pressing the Escape key. Although they contain Close
  buttons, in a large modal with many form fields, it will be a
  challenge for users to try to find the Close button without
  pressing the Tab key numerous times.

  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  Open any dialog and press the escape key
  Dialog should close, but instead remains open.
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  Dialogs cannot be closed by pressing the Escape key.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Dialogs must be closed by pressing Escape key. Close button
  without pressing the Tab key numerous times.
