IJ39464: IN BULLETIN BOARD, THE 'CHANGED BY' FIELD IN 'VIEW HISTORY' DIALOG SHOWS THE PREVIOUS USER BEFORE STATUS CHANGE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  - Log in as MAXADMIN.
  - Go to Bulletin Board application.
  - Select an existing record in DRAFT status.
  - Select the 'View History' option.
  - There is no data in the 'View History' dialog.
  - There should be a row matching the date-time when the record
  was first saved after creation (and in DRAFT status, in this
  case).
  - Select 'Change Status' option and change status to APPROVED
  and click OK.
  - Select the 'View History' option.
  - There is a new row showing the new Status and when the change
  was made, but it is showing ChangedBy = WILSON, which is wrong.
  - It should be showing ChangedBy = MAXADMIN instead.
  - This is the UserID of the User (WILSON) that was logged in to
  Maximo before MAXADMIN.
  - Select 'Change Status' option again and change status to
  DEFERRED and click OK.
  - Select the 'View History' option.
  - There is a new second row showing the new Status and when the
  change was made. This time, it is showing ChangedBy = MAXADMIN,
  which is correct.
  
  RESULTS:
  1- There is no row (in DRAFT status) matching the date-time
  when the record was first saved after creation.
  2- When you change the status of a Bulletin Board record, the
  'View History' dialog displays a row with that status change
  and the time-date when it was done. But it shows the wrong user
  in ChangedBy: it doesn't show the UserID of the
  currently-logged-in User but the UserID of the Maximo User that
  was logged in before.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  1- There should be a row (in DRAFT status) matching the
  date-time when the record was first saved after creation.
  2- When you change the status of a Bulletin Board record, the
  'View History' dialog should display a row with that status
  change and the correct user in ChangedBy.
