Error description
STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Go to Assets application. 2. Create the new Asset with any number in BEDFORD Site, save the record and change the Status to Operating. 3. Go to Meters tab and associate 2 Continuous Meters: Meter 1: ODOM-M Average Calculation Method: ALL Reading Type: ACTUAL Rollover: 999,999 Meter 2: RUNHOURS Average Calculation Method: ALL Reading Type: ACTUAL Rollover: 999,999 4. Go to Preventive Maintenance application. 5. Create 2 PMs associated to the Asset above: 5.1. The first PM: both Time and Meter-Based. Frequency: 30 DAYS Estimated Next Due Date: today's date Meter 1: ODOM-M Frequency: 200 "Generate Work Order Based on Meter Readings (Do Not Estimate)?": Yes "Generate Work Order when Meter Frequency is reached?: Yes Meter 2: RUNHOURS Frequency: 72 "Generate Work Order Based on Meter Readings (Do Not Estimate)?": Yes "Generate Work Order when Meter Frequency is reached?: Yes 5.2. The second PM: just Time-Based. Frequency: 12 MONTHS Estimated Next Due Date: today's date 6. Change the PMs status to Active. 7. Go to Assets application. 8. Bring up that Asset record to the screen. 9. Enter the following Meter Readings and save the record: ODOM-M: 200 RUNHOURS: 72 10. Go to Preventive Maintenance application. 11. Filter by the Asset number, select the PM records, and ask for WO generation, setting "Generate WOs Due Today Plus This Number of Days" to zero and unchecking the option "Use Frequency Criteria" just to have the WOs generated. 12. Go to Work Order Tracking application. 13. Filter by the Asset number, select the WO records, and move their status to closed. 14. Go to Assets application. 15. Bring up that Asset record to the screen. 16. Try to move the Asset from BEDFORD to NASHUA Site using the Move/Modify Assets action. RESULTS: At this point, the system throws the error "BMXAA0066E - Asset XXXX in site BEDFORD did not move successfully. null". EXPECTED RESULTS: No error while trying to move the Asset between Sites. REPORTED IN VERSION: IBM Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.2
