Error description

• Move to Day feature in Graphical Sched is moving the date one
  day prior of the intended value. This is happening on an
  environment with the browser time zone of GMT+1 and higher.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Prerequisites:
  - Any TPAE 7612/Scheduler 7.6.8 environment
  - No Time Zone settings dependent for the user in Maximo
  
  1. Go to Work Order Tracking
  2. Create a Work Order VOCA1
    Start Date: 3/2/22 01:00 AM
    End Date: 3/3/22 1:15 AM
    Duration: 0:15
  
  
  3. Go to Graphical Scheduling
  4. Create a new Schedule VOCA
    Calendar: DAY
    Shift: DAY
    Start Date: 3/1/22 5:45 PM
    End Date: 3/9/22 5:45 PM
    Project Start Offset Days: blank
    Project End Offset Days: blank
    Work Query: wonum='VOCA1'
  
  5. Move to Graphical View
  
  6. Right-click on the Description for the parent work order
  VOCA1
  7. Click Move to day 03/06/22
  
  RESULT:
  
  The Record will be at the day 03/05/22
