Error description

• Abstract: Linux OS Agent shows incorrect value for "command
  line" when process arguments have changed.
  
  Problem Description:  Monitoring Agent for Linux OS shows wrong
  value for "command line" for a process if the process argumens
  have changed after startup. In this case the pid and the process
  "command name" have remained the same but the agruments have
  changed.

Local fix

• In the $CANDLEHOME/config/lz.ini file set the following, which
  will turn off cacheing for the process data.
  KLZ_PROCESS_CMD_SAMPLE_SECS=0

Problem conclusion

• The code has been updated to check if the process arguments have
   changed and if so update the cache.
