Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Create Publish Channel MYASSETPC.
  a. Associate the OOTB Object Structure MXPM_ASSET
  b. Untick the Retains Mbo's? flag
  c. Enable Message Tracking for this publish channel.
  d. Add a skip rule to skip assets which are not of type 'IT'.
  e. Save the publish channel changes.
  f. Add it to external system EXTSYS1
  g. Enable the Publish Channel 'MYASSETPC' in the External
  System 'EXTSYS1'
  2. In Asset application, filter and choose an Asset with Asset
  Type other than IT and take note of the assetnumber.
  3. Navigate to External System 'EXTSYS1'
  a. Open the 'Publish Channels' tab
  b. Filter the publish channel 'MYASSETPC'
  c. Click on 'Data Export' button
  d. Provide the 'Export Condition' as: assetnum='11240'
  e. Click 'OK' button
  f. Click 'Yes' button on the warning message: 'BMXAA1613W This
  Publish Channel has processing rules that may only be
  applicable for event-based processing. Do you want to continue
  with the export?'
  g. Wait for JMSQSEQCONSUMER cron task to run SEQQOUT cron
  instance (30 seconds)
  h. Data Export not processed, in Message Tracking shows no
  records for this export:
  4. Check in the system err logs can see below error.
