Error description

• Problem description:
  A Copy Work Order Hierarchy do not copy the safety plans for
  child work orders.
  
  Replication Steps
  
  
  1. Go to work Order Appplication and create 2 work orders,
  both with safety plans WO 22-81 & 22-82
  
  2. Create a work package (work order hierarchy) with these two
  work orders as children
  
  3. Duplicate the work order hierarchy.  Select Duplicate Work
  Order Hierarchy option.
  
  4. Check the safety plans for each child work order in the newly
  created work order hierarchy. W0 22-83
  
  Unexpected Results:
  Safety plans is missing. Not copied over from original work
  order hierarchy.
  
  Expected Results:
  The information in Maximo documentation says it should be copied
  over.
  A duplication work order that has a job plan or a safety plan,
  these plans should be copied to the duplicate work order.
