APAR status

Error description

  • Description:
    Item lookup in View Requisitions application does not return a
    list available items.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    1. Login to Maximo as maxadmin
    
    2. Go to Create Requisition and create a new record (1113)
    
    3. Add any item (eg S700) and submit the requisition
    
    4. Go to View Requisition and enter S700 in the Item field and
    click Find
    - Requistion 1113 is shown in the Requisition section
    
    5. Delete the S700 from the Item field and click on the
    magnifying glass of the Item field
    RESULT:
    - No Items are available to select
    
    6. Stay in View Requisition --> Advanced Search --> More Search
    Fields --> click on the magnifying glass of the Item field
    RESULT:
    - No Items are available to select
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    - Maximo should display a list of items for selection.
