• Description:
  Error message when reporting labor
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Login to Maximo as maxadmin
  
  2. Go to Labor Reporting --> Transactions table
  - You can see that there are a number of records listed here
  
  3. Apply a filter so Maximo will return 0 records (ie. this
  table is empty)
  - For example; rate=1
  
  4. Once the transactions table is empty, go to Common Actions
  --> Enter time by Crew
  
  5. Select a Crew --> CREWTEST
  
  6. Click the Refresh button
  
  RESULT:
  - The following error is thrown:
  ---
  BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your
  system administrator for assistance. Gather the logs from the
  <HOME> directory and determine where and why the error occurred.
  
  ---
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  - No error should be thrown.
