IJ39092: DUPLICATE .REPORTDESGIN FILES COULD LEAD TO MODIFIED GRAPHICAL WORK WEEK REPORTS BEING INADVERTENTLY WRITTEN OVER

Error description

• The MAM/TPAE 7.6.1.2 Fix Pack drops the old applet-based
  Graphical Assignment (GRPASSIGN) application and creates a new
  Graphical Work Week (GWORKASSIGN) application.
  This process updates the Report records associated with the
  GRPASSIGN application and changes the AppName to GWORKASSIGN ,
  however, it leaves the ReportFolder set to "GRPASSIGN".
  It does not add a new GWORKASSIGN to the
  ...\reports\birt\reports folder nor does it delete the GRPASSIGN
  folder which still contains the .reportdesign files and the
  reports.xml file for the deleted GRPASSIGN application.
  This results in duplicate copies of the 4 .reportdesign files
  because they exist both under the GRPASSIGN folder and the
  RLASSIGN folder. If  any of these reports are updated in only
  one of the folders, the importreports utility could overwrite
  the version in the database using the wrong version of the file.
  The .rptdesign files should only exist under the RLASSIGN
  folder.
  
  the proposed changes tracked by this APAR will make it so that
  the Fix Pack will:
  
  
  a) Delete the GRPASSIGN folder under ...\reports\birt\reports.
  
  b) Delete the grpassign.properties file under
  \reports\birt\libraries.
  
  c) Add a new GWORKASSIGN folder under ...\reports\birt\reports
  with a reports.xml file to load the reports from the RLASSIGN
  folder for the GWORKASSIGN application and reference the
  rlassinn.properties file.
  
  d) The script will set the ReportFolder to RLASSIGN when it
  changed the AppName to GWORKASSIGN.
