APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When generating a work order for calibration an error is
    displayed: BMXAA0019I - The Next Calibration Due Date field is
    either read-only or part of the primary key. It is not possible
    to modify this field.
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1.	Open the Organizations application and check/modify
    Calibration Options as follows:
    a.	Work Order ? Other Organization Settings
    i.	Default Amount Allocated to Extend Date in PM Application:4
    ii.	Tolerance Warning for exceeding limits : Validate once per
    save
    iii.	Qualified Technician: Enforce validation between Tool and
    Technician
    iv.	Validation of Tools on Work Orders: No validation Between
    Tools and Status of CLOSED or COMP
    v.	Validation of Rotating Asset on Work Orders: No validation
    between Rotating Asset and Asset calibrated
    vi.	Automatically Approve Tool Transactions? - checked
    vii.	Prevent past due tools from being entered? ? checked
    viii.	Automatically set the As Found and As Left Status on WO? ?
    checked
    ix.	As Found/As Left Values: Editable when Asset Function Status
    Calculated
    b.	Work Order ? Edit Rules
    i.	As Found/As Left?? - all except WSCL, WMATL
    ii.	New Data Sheet?? ? APPR, WAPPR, WSCH
    iii.	New Data Sheet?? ? all except WMATL
    2.	Open the Data Sheet Template application and click on New
    Data Sheet
    a.	Data Sheet: TST5555, Test Data Sheet
    b.	Organization: EAGLENA
    c.	Site: BEDFORD
    d.	In Asset Functions area click on New Row and fill in:
    i.	Asset Function:1, Control
    ii.	Type: ANALOG
    iii.	Dynamic Check Point? ? checked
    iv.	Technician can Insert Points? ? checked
    v.	Output Information - Tolerance on Output? Checked, in OOB
    -read only
    e.	Click on sub-tab Dynamic Checks and click on New Row to add
    new rows:
    i.	Asset Function:1, Dynamic Check Point: Motor 12M1
    ii.	Asset Function:1, Dynamic Check Point: Motor 1M1
    f.	Click on Work Assets tab
    i.	Click on New Row and ass a location: BR430
    g.	Save
    h.	Change status to APPR
    3.	Open the Job Plans application and click to add a new job
    plan:
    a.	Job Plan: TESTJPCAL, Test JP Calibration
    b.	Organization: EAGLENA
    c.	Site: BEDFORD
    d.	Template Type: Maintenance
    e.	Crew: CREW1
    f.	WO Priority: 1
    g.	Include Tasks in Schedule? Checked
    h.	Interruptible? Checked
    i.	In the Job Plan Task area click on New Row to add a task
    j.	In the Labor sub-tab click on New Row and add the craft
    ELECT, Quantity:1
    k.	Click on tab Work Assets and click on New Row to add the
    location BR430
    l.	In the Data Sheets area click on New Row and add the data
    sheet just created: TST5555
    m.	Save
    n.	Change status to Active
    4.	Open the Preventive Maintenance application and click to add
    a new PM
    a.	Enter a description: Test PM
    b.	Location: BR430
    c.	Job Plan: TESTJPCAL
    d.	Lead Time (Days): 55
    e.	Work Type: PM
    f.	Work Order Status: WAPPR
    g.	Priority: 1
    h.	Interruptible? Checked
    i.	Finish Constraint Offset: 1440:00
    j.	Supervisor: select
    k.	Crew: CREW1
    l.	Click on tab Frequency:
    i.	Frequency: 1
    ii.	Frequency Units: YEARS
    iii.	Estimated Next Due Date: today
    m.	Save
    n.	Change status to Active
    o.	Click on Generate Work Orders
    p.	Leave the defaults and click on OK ? an error message is
    displayed: BMXAA0019I - The Next Calibration Due Date field is
    either read-only or part of the primary key. It is not possible
    to modify this field."
    RESULT:
    The PM does not generate any work order
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    The PM should generate a work order
    REPORTED IN VERSION:
    Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
