Error description

  • After duplicating a work order where a labor is assigned and
approving it, the skill level is not copied on [Assignments]
    tab.

    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1) From Work Order Tracking, create a new work order.

    2) On [Plans] tab, click [New Row] on [Labor] sub tab and
specify a craft with a skill level.

    3) Select [Change Status] from [Common Actions] and specify
"Approved" for [New Status] field on [Change Status] dialog.
    Then click OK.

    4) Go to [Assignments] tab and confirm the entry with the craft
and the skill level is added on [Assignments] sub tab.

    5) Select [Duplicate Work Order] from [More Actions].

    6) Opening the duplicated Work Order, select [Change Status]
from [Common Actions] and specify "Approved" for [New Status]
field on [Change Status] dialog. Then click OK.

    7) Move to [Assignments] tab and confirm the entry in [Plans]
tab is copied to [Assignments] sub tab but the skill level
information is lost. This is the problem.

    8) Move to [Actuals] tab and click [Select Planned Labor] on
Labor sub tab. Then confirm the skill level information is also
lost on [Select Planned Labor] dialog. This is also the problem.

    EXPECTED RESULTS:

The skill level is copied to [Assignments] sub tab at the step
    7) and is shown on [Select Planned Labor] dialog at the step 8).
