IJ38852: WRONG LOCATION IS SELECTED FROM OPEN DRILLDOWN DIALOG

APAR status

Error description

• PROBLEM: Wrong location is selected from Open Drilldown dialog
  
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  1. Set mxe.webclient.extendedDrilldown=false in System
  Properties application
  2. Go to Locations application
  
  3. Open location BR200, and check the following
  System: PRIMARY
  Parent: BOILER
  There are assets belonging to this location.  (eg. TESTJ1
  belongs to BR200)
  
  4. Duplicate BR200 to create location BR200X
  5. Click More Actions > Associate Systems with Location
  System: PRIMARY
  Parent: BOILER
  There is no asset belonging to this location
  6. Open location BR230 and check the following
  System: PRIMARY
  Parent: BOILER
  There are assets belonging to this location. (eg. 11230 belongs
  to BR230)
  
  7. Go to Assets application
  
  8. Select [Open Drilldown] at the location field on the list
  tab.
  9. On [Drilldown] dialog, select a location which has assets
  associated to the location.
  - Click BR200 (not icon) - BR200 is selected
  10. Then select the location which does not have assets
  associated to the location. This time, click the icon instead of
  the location ID or the location name.
  
  - Click BR200X (icon)
  
  
  RESULTS: In List Tab/Location field, a location other than
  BR200X is selected
  
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: In List Tab/Location field, BR200X location
  should be selected
  
  Note: When selecting a location which has assets associated to
  the location (eg. BR230) then BR230 is selected correctly in the
  List Tab/Location field.
