  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Go to System Configuration > Platform Configuration >
  Database Configuration
  
  2. Open "ASSET" Object
  
  2. Click on Relationships tab and open "INSPECTIONRESULT"
  relationship
  
  RESULTS:
  
  Relationship is assetnum=:asset and orgid=:orgid and
  siteid=:siteid
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  Relationship should be asset=:assetnum and orgid=:orgid and
  siteid=:siteid
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION:
  
  Maximo 7.6.1.2
  

Local fix

• Manually change the relationship to asset=:assetnum and
  orgid=:orgid and siteid=:siteid on Database Configuration
  application.
