Error description

  • Problem Description:
    
    When using the emailing report functionality everything works
    fine when a standard BIRT report is run. When used on QBR (Ad
    hoc) report, the PDF received via mail shows deformed
    non-English characters and it also demands to download "Extended
    Asian fonts" to Acrobat Reader.
    
    
    This issue occurs mainly on environments with a Base Language
    other than English.
    
    Steps to reproduce:
    
    Attempt to run a QBR (Ad-Hoc) report on an environment with a
    Base Language other than English, a language that has special
    non-English characters.
    
    Current results:
    
    The resulted PDF has deformed non-English characters and a
    prompt to download "Extended Asian fonts" to Acrobat Reader
    occurs.
    
    Expected results:
    
    The non-English characters should display fine and no prompt to
    download "Extended Asian fonts" should occur.
    
    Environment:
    
    Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.0.9
