Error description

• 'Modifications since last complete import at ...' shows up even
  if there are no new modifications.
  This happens when ILMT server local address is changed.  Storing
  ILMT server local address for catalog delivery is not used
  anymore.
  
  So, this new IP address will never be stored in ILMT database
